Donations:

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of the employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
 Personal, PAC, and corporate contributions are acceptable according to New York State Election Law. Individuals may contribute $13,729 for the Primary Election and $47,100 for the General Election. A corporation (including LLCs) may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year.

The NYS Election Law establishes certain limits on contributions that can be given and received by candidates and political committees, as well as limits on contributions that can be given by individuals and other entities. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. An individual who is at least 18 years old, residing in the United States who possesses a Green Card may contribute. Political contributions are not tax-deductible.
